Join us for a transformative six-week Booty and Abs Sculpting Class designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. Each session will feature a dynamic mix of body weight exercises to challenge and strengthen your core and lower body. Whether you're looking to enhance your curves, increase core and muscle strength, or simply elevate your fitness level, this class is your pathway to a more confident, sculpted you. Join us and embark on a journey to unlock your ultimate booty and abs transformation! Classes will be 45 minutes every Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7pm starting March 5 until April 9th.
